Titans Beginner Training

Beginner Titan Training is a step by step strength program designed specifically for kids ages 6–12. Built by Mike O'Hearn, this program teaches the fundamentals of movement, coordination, posture, discipline, and confidence before chasing heavy weights.

With simple 20 minute workouts, a structured 6 day training plan, and age appropriate exercises, your child will develop the habits that create lifelong strength both inside and outside the gym.

This isn't about creating the strongest kid today.

It's about building the strongest adult tomorrow.
