Every workout, every set, rep, and detail of that workout has been captured on paper since the first time I lifted a weight. I would mark down all these little details and I have done it since I was 14 (I still have that book in my attic). This has been one of the most important things I attribute my success to. Being able to go back and see what I did each workout, and use this knowledge as I moved into the next workout set me up for success each time I went to the gym. By using this sheet, you too will be able to successfully track and monitor your progress every step of the way.
