Welcome to the Titan Challenge! For those of you who are really looking to build serious strength and lean muscle mass while shedding your body fast at the same time, this is your one way ticket to success. As gyms are finally opening back up, there is no better time to set some solid goals for yourself and get back into the swing of things with newfound purpose and commitment.
In this series, we are going to spend the next 16 weeks progressing through increasingly more intense and challenging workouts to ensure you reach peak condition by the time you get to the finish line. I can’t promise it’s going to be easy, but then few things worthwhile ever are! To make sure you can achieve maximum performance, I will also be working with you one on one in my private group the Titan Crew. From the diet, to training, and any question in between, my aim is to challenge you to become a Titan. We will be challenging every single muscle group by increasing intensity all the way through this challenge. We will be activating your muscles through a variety of different moves that make sure they get worked from every angle and dynamic possible, to ensure you come away with real, functional strength and a physique you will be proud to know you’ve earned.
The roach ahead will definately be challenging, but I know you are here in search of serious gains, and I assure you that is exactly what you’ll get. As long as you give me your best effort and stay focused on your goals, you can become a TItan.
