I set a goal and I made January the deadline. I’m going to get into better shape than any of the times I won Mr. Universe. I’m going to work harder Dig deeper. Passion will push me. I’m doing this for my baby girl Teddy Bear. She gave me 19 incredible years and changed me into a better person And I’m paying tribute to that change. She’s my why.
Here’s the thing…
Finding your why is important, its what pushes you when all else has failed.
Some of you it’s your partner, maybe it’s your child or an animal, whatever it is, it’s usually something you hold close. Often times we find it in the darkest of times, but it’s the best damn motivator out there. Some people would rather be an immovable object, I say forget that, I’d rather be the unstoppable force. Because when I set my sights on something, it isn’t a question of “if” but “when”

Mike “Titan” O’Hearn came from humble beginnings. He grew up on a farm in Kirkland, WA and is the youngest of 9 brothers and sisters. He began competing in bodybuilding, power lifting, and martial arts at the age of 13. By the age of 15, he won the Teenage Washington State competitions in all three sports.
